Question: How can I prepare for a sprint triathlon?
Ok, so it’s a last minute preparation. Well, I have one month until I have to do the sprint triathlon? I currently can run 3 miles in 27 minutes, swim .5 miles in 30 minutes, and bike 12.4 miles in 45 minutes. Any suggestions to reduce my total time? Again, I have one left…I haven’t trained at all. Where do I start?

Work on your swim stroke, there’s a lot of time in that, maybe get a couple lessons to teach you where you are doing sth wrong.

Also, have you done bricks (run straight off the bike)? do that once or twice a week.

Practice transitions, you can lose a lot of time there.
